Allotment Legislation
Allotment holders and users please be aware that as from the 30thJune 2019 a ban on the outdoor use (i.e. on all allotments) of Metaldeyde slug pellets will be introduced by the Environment Secretary, Michael Gove.
Metaldeyde pellets can be legally sold for the following 6 months and legally usable for the following 12 months. Alternatives are available. After this time their use will become illegal.... Read More »

Update - Number 7 bus service
Following a recent meeting it has been reported that the number 7 bus service will remain pretty much unchanged for most of Shackerstone Parish parishioners. However, the early bus (7 AM from Measham) will be take off as it had 1 user and not every day.
